Big Fat Finny
Oh I miss my Finn dog. He was always so sweet and I always made fun of him for being so darn derpy. But he's in an amazing home now and I love getting an occasional visit from him.
As a puppy, I always remember Finn being so lazy that he had to be lifted onto the bed or the sofa, and he would whine until he got his way. When he wanted attention, he would paw at our legs until we caved, but he always greeted us with a gentle smile. We rescued Finn as a small puppy and he instantly became best friends with Otis. They were a perfect pair.
I really miss Finn the most of all. He was gentle and caring. He grunted like a pig every time he laid down, probably because he was so fat! We loved it though. His new mom takes him on walks everyday which I know he absolutely loves. He's a lucky dog. And I am lucky to have had him in my life for the few years that I did. I never thought that I would give up an animal after committing to them. It was one of the hardest things I ever had to do in life. But it really was the right decision for our family.
I miss you Finny!
You made me a better person. I hope you know I'll always love you.
